Magnolia Management is excited to announce the unveiling of our new Self-Service Portal for Owners. The easy-to-use Owner Access Portal allows property owners to go online to view their current account balances and review past payment history, anytime from anywhere.
With the help of Magnolia Management Services to assist Cessna Street Gated Community Homeowners Association you will have three payment options. You can pay with a bank draft or credit card when you can pay online using the First Citizens Bank's payment website. Online payments made via bank draft (eCheck) have no transaction fee while credit card payments are subject to transaction fees.
To Pay Online, you will need to know the following information:
Management Company ID: 3149 (Magnolia Management Services ***It may still list our old company name, Pelican Management Group.)
Association ID: CSN (Cessna Street Gated Community HOA)
Property ID: Your account number
Per Article 6 of the Act of Restrictions for Cessna Street Gated Community Subdivision, any and all exterior improvements to your home or property must be approved by the Cessna Street Gated Community HOA Architectural Committee. Once the Architectural Committee receives your formal request they have 30 days to review and make a decision as whether to approve or deny the request.
To submit a formal request for an exterior improvement:

Once your form is submitted Magnolia Management Services will notify you on the status of your request.
Since our management company, Magnolia Management Services, is a property management company with employees often out of the office on site visits, we recommend all homeowners schedule an appointment before visiting Magnolia Management Service's office.
